Rockpool is a specialist recruitment consultancy providing permanent recruitment and work-finding services primarily within the travel industry across the United Kingdom. We also support local businesses in Surrey with generalist recruitment across a variety of disciplines. We are a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

7. No Fees to Candidates
In accordance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, Rockpool does not charge fees to candidates for work-finding services. Our recruitment services are provided to candidates free of charge.

8. Client Services
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide recruitment services or a contract between Rockpool and any client.

Recruitment services for clients are provided subject to separately agreed Terms of Business between Rockpool and the client. The terms and conditions on this website do not form part of any such agreement unless expressly incorporated.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, page layout, software and design, is owned by or licensed to Rockpool Recruitment Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
