Once we are sure we know exactly what you are looking for in someone, we conduct a full market place search, starting with our own Database which is growing fast. We have invested heavily in our marketing and specialist recruitment technology so we are able to attract and find the people with the skills you need quickly.
We’re incredibly fussy about who we put in front of you. We know you don’t have time to wade through hundreds of CVs (that’s our job) so we will do all the leg work to create your shortlist – usually 3 or 4 of our best people.
We make every effort to meet our candidates in person, so that we really get to know who they are as people and understand where they will thrive best.
We then work with you to arrange all the interviews and provide feedback to both you and the candidate
When we have found your potential new team member we have the experience to negotiate effectively to make sure that you - and they -couldn’t be happier with the result.
